Respond to inquiries with a site visit and written report within 48 hours (about 2 days) of first contact.
- Fully transparent and itemized pricing schedule with every proposal.
- Whenever possible provide added benefit to the client and environment.
- Complete all work on time and on budget.
Every project is assigned a leader who is ultimately responsible for the work of the project, including that of the sub-contractor. The progress of the project is subject to review by meetings, Emails, and phone calls.
In line with our agile methodology, we aim to involve business stakeholders throughout every phase of our projects to ensure that technical work remains aligned with customer requirements. We use regular client contact to identify problems and quality issues as much as possible and undertake periodic audits to ensure consistently high practice.
In addition to internal monitoring of quality standards, we periodically survey our customers for feedback on how we are preforming and proactively look for opportunities to improve quality.
